Paul Rempfer is DVS’ Executive Vice President of Defense Programs. He brings over 25 years of experience delivering operational excellence in cyber, intelligence, and Information Technology (IT) domains and has led major cyber and intelligence programs within the Department of Defense and the U.S. intelligence community. Paul has developed and managed high-end services in offensive and defensive cyber operations, global mission sustainment programs, and intelligence operations support for some of our nation’s most critical defense missions.
Prior to joining DVS, Paul worked for ManTech International Corporation as Vice President of the Army Division, where he led more than 2,200 team members in delivering cyber, IT, intelligence, and mission sustainment services to the U.S. Army around the globe. He has held senior positions in Booz Allen Hamilton, STG Inc., and General Dynamics. Paul began his career as an Intelligence Analyst, supporting U.S. intelligence community ballistic missile defense programs.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from Yale University School of Management.
