Colleen Molina is the Director of Cybersecurity Portfolio Growth, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), quality assurance, and workforce development. In this role, she drives the strategic growth and positioning of cybersecurity service offerings, aligning technical execution with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and mission outcomes across the federal landscape.
Prior to assuming this role, Colleen served as Security and Standards Director supporting the DirectViz Solutions Global Cyber Center, where she acted as a senior cybersecurity subject matter expert for over a decade. Her work focused heavily on inspection and assessment readiness, RMF execution, compliance alignment, and audit‑defensible artifact management, supporting both government and customers across complex regulatory environments.
Earlier in her career, Colleen led large, geographically dispersed teams, building high‑performing operations across leadership and program training and development, quality control, and customer service functions. She is widely recognized for translating regulatory and compliance requirements into operationally sustainable programs that improve readiness, reduce risk, and enable scalable growth.
Colleen holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and maintains multiple industry certifications, including Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance (CGRC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Security+, ITIL 4, and Certified in Cybersecurity (CC). She is also credentialed within the CMMC ecosystem as a Registered Practitioner (RP), Certified Professional (CCP), and Certified Assessor (CCA).
