Glenn Medlock brings over 25 years of leadership experience in project management, operations, and IT modernization. He has directed large teams of 500+ personnel and managed programs exceeding $800 million in value. Most recently, Glenn served as Technical Director/Deputy Program Manager for the Global Cyber Center – CONUS at DirectViz Solutions, where he led technical integration, drove global cyber initiatives, and guided the program to become the first Army element to achieve CORA certification. His career includes senior roles in defense and cybersecurity, advising executive leadership on strategic growth and enterprise integration. Glenn holds a Master’s in Leadership and Management from Webster University, a Bachelor’s in History from Stephen F. Austin State University, and maintains certifications including ITIL Managing Professional, CISA, and CISM.
