Joe Bergin serves as Vice President of Operations at DirectViz Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience delivering mission-focused IT solutions across federal civilian and defense environments. He leads operational execution, program performance, and organizational growth, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-quality delivery across complex federal programs.

Joe brings deep expertise in operations management, P&L oversight, service delivery, and business growth. He focuses on modernizing and transforming client environments through the strategic application of emerging technologies, enabling organizations to enhance mission performance, improve efficiency, and adapt to evolving requirements. His leadership emphasizes transparency, sound risk management, and long term partnership with government customers and industry stakeholders.

Prior to joining DVS, Joe held senior leadership roles at Digital Management, LLC, Microsoft, Harris IT Services, and Electronic Data Systems, where he led complex portfolios and built high-performing teams grounded in accountability, innovation, and results-driven execution. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Salisbury State University and is committed to delivering operational excellence, fostering team development, and driving mission success across every engagement.
