Kayla Sailer is a growth and operations executive with over 20 years of experience driving mission-critical outcomes across the Department of War and Federal civilian agencies. She is recognized for transforming fragmented pipelines into high-performing growth engines and significantly increasing enterprise win rates through disciplined capture, proposal excellence, and data-driven decision-making. Kayla leads enterprise-wide growth for DirectViz Solutions, with full accountability for Business Development, Capture, Proposal Development, Solution Architecture, marketing, and GWAC PMO operations. She drives pipeline governance, bid/no-bid decisions, PWin-based forecasting, and growth investment strategy, integrating capture intelligence, task order signals, and delivery capacity to enable proactive, high-confidence revenue generation.
Kayla has successfully led large-scale programs and growth portfolios, balancing operational delivery, customer success, and P&L performance, while modernizing growth infrastructure through AI-enabled tooling, advanced analytics, and scalable capture and proposal processes. Her leadership has resulted in multiple multi-year IDIQ and GWAC awards, with cumulative contract wins across DoW and Federal Civilian agencies exceeding $250M. Kayla brings deep expertise in federal growth strategy, capture and proposal management, GWAC and IDIQ execution, pricing strategy, FAR compliance, and competitive intelligence, and is recognized for building scalable growth infrastructure and high-performing teams that improve win probability and revenue predictability.
She holds an MBA, MS in Management Information Systems, and a BS in Psychology, along with industry-recognized certifications including PMP, ITIL® 4 Managing Professional, and Certified ScrumMaster. A distinguished 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran and former Squadron Commander, Kayla led organizations of 80+ personnel delivering base-wide IT and communications capabilities supporting more than 7,500 users. She drove measurable improvements in operational performance, including increasing service levels by 25%, achieving 100% compliance, and significantly improving unit readiness through disciplined leadership and process execution.
