Steve Frazier

Steve Frazier serves as Vice President of Business Development at DirectViz Solutions, where he leads Federal Civilian growth initiatives while supporting strategic Department of War (DoW) business development efforts across Cybersecurity, IT Service Management (ITSM), Application Development, and enterprise IT modernization. With more than 20 years of federal contracting experience and over a decade of business development, capture, and growth leadership, Steve leads efforts to identify, qualify, capture, and win strategic opportunities while expanding customer relationships and advancing the company’s growth objectives across both Federal Civilian and defense markets.

Throughout his career, Steve has secured more than $400 million in federal contract awards supporting the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian agencies. He has developed winning strategies for complex, competitive procurements, built enduring customer partnerships, and positioned organizations for sustained growth by delivering mission-focused technology solutions.

Steve is passionate about helping government agencies solve complex operational challenges through innovation, collaboration, and trusted partnerships.
