Vinnie Tran is the Founder and President of DirectViz Solutions, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, growth, and mission-focused delivery across federal civilian and defense environments. Since founding DVS in 2012, he has guided the organization’s transformation into a trusted partner supporting complex government missions with secure, scalable, and high-impact technology solutions.
Vinnie brings more than 20 years of experience delivering technical and consulting services across the Department of War and federal civilian agencies. His leadership is grounded in deep expertise across engineering, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT, enabling DVS to consistently deliver innovative solutions that strengthen operations, reduce risk, and support mission success.
A U.S. Army veteran, Vinnie served honorably for over eight years, bringing a mission-first mindset and disciplined execution approach that continue to shape the company’s culture and performance. He holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana.
