Akash played a pivotal role in securing DVS’ landmark $68M Naval Surface Warfare Center Cybersecurity Engineering contract win. As Proposal Manager, Akash ensured the overall quality, compliance, and seamless execution of the entire proposal effort. He expertly coordinated inputs across multiple stakeholders, maintained strict adherence to requirements, and upheld high standards under tight deadlines. Notably, Akash accomplished this while simultaneously managing several other active proposals, demonstrating exceptional multitasking, leadership, and commitment. His ability to drive a disciplined and compliant proposal process was instrumental in delivering a winning submission and achieving DVS’ first unrestricted SeaportNXG win.

Kimberly’s exceptional past performance volume was a cornerstone of DVS’ successful capture of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Cybersecurity Engineering contract. She crafted a compelling and cohesive narrative that effectively showcased DVS’ proven capabilities, contract successes, and consistent delivery excellence across relevant efforts. Todd was instrumental in developing the winning technical strategy for DVS’ successful bid on the Naval Surface Warfare Center Cybersecurity Engineering contract. Leveraging deep cybersecurity expertise and extensive experience from his time at RCC/GCC, Todd led the development of a highly credible, innovative, and mission-aligned technical solution. His approach effectively addressed the Navy’s requirements while differentiating DVS from the incumbent, Peraton. Todd’s leadership and technical vision were key to overcoming the incumbent’s advantages, ultimately positioning DVS as the superior choice. His contributions were critical to securing this historic win and reinforcing DVS’ standing as a trusted cybersecurity provider to the U.S. Navy.

Tim joined the NSF/DVS team in October 2025 as a ServiceNow Senior Developer and has quickly become an integral team member. He has gone above & beyond by learning recent technologies such as ServiceNow Microsites and leading development efforts for the National Science Foundation Office of the Director. Tim has also built strong trust within the team, with junior developers especially appreciating his clear communication and technical mentorship.

Rizwan played a pivotal leadership role in the successful launch of the ServiceNow platform upgrade to Zurich in December, collaborating closely with both consultant and government stakeholders. At the same time, he supported key CMMI certification requirements that contributed to DVS’ recertification while managing multiple high-priority projects for the National Science Foundation. His positive leadership style and effective communication skills have quickly built trust and rapport with senior leaders, including the NSF Executive Secretary and Chief of Business Operations in the Office of the Director.

He handle’s complex service requests, troubleshoots issues efficiently, and helps support smooth daily operations. Through effective communication, teamwork, and technical knowledge, Alex contributes to high service quality and user satisfaction.

Micah is a Software Engineer who plays a critical role in designing, developing, and keeping applications that support mission and business operations. He is a key player in the architecture of moving a windows-based desktop application from Windows to iOS small screen. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions while ensuring quality, performance, and security standards are met. Micah’s innovation, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills help drive continuous improvement and operational success.

Louis was a shining star on the Tier II / VIP Team for the month of February. He consistently steps up to lead and support the team whenever needed. He volunteered for more onsite shifts than any other team members during a critical period and successfully led the onsite imaging effort ahead of the Data Center shutdown—handling the pressure with professionalism and a positive attitude. Louis is known for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting VIPs with complex issues, and sharing his knowledge with colleagues.
