Asian American LEAD

AALEAD's mission is to promote the well-being of Asian American youth through education, leadership, and community building. AALEAD is the leading community organization that provides educational enrichment and youth development programs to underserved Asian American youth in the Washington, D.C., metro area.

AALEAD supports low-income and underserved Asian Pacific American youth with educational empowerment, identity development, and leadership opportunities through after school, summer, and mentoring programs.

Summer Internships Program

The internship program that DVS offers is an invaluable experience that goes beyond what education alone can provide. We open many doors for our interns by helping them develop useful skills and tools so that they can succeed in the workforce. Interns will be mentored and placed in the best programs we have to offer. They will receive hands-on work and be involved in our normal day-to-day operations giving them an opportunity to gain real experience.
