Ms. Thomas is a highly experienced leader with over 20 years of expertise in federal government IT project and proposal management. She has a long history of delivering strong, compliant proposal responses for industry leading IT solutions providers. With a proven track record in leading and motivating teams, she efficiently handles proposals of varying size and complexity, ensuring successful outcomes while overseeing the day-to-day proposal operations for DirectViz Solutions.
Ms. Thomas began her career supporting the Department of the Army as a Project Manager before entering the private sector to support business development efforts. Ms. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Morgan State University and holds a Level III certification in Systems, Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering (SPRDE) from the Defense Acquisition University.
